We have implemented for our Norwegian Client SugarCRM platform, thereby improving management of sales, after-sales service and customer relationship, marketing campaigns management, as well as automating reporting and forecasting processes. SugarCRM platform is an Open Source software. That fact allows for great flexibility in the method of system implementation, so that our Client was able to implement even the most unique processes.
